Caitlin Thomas is a senior director of partnerships at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, where she works closely with staff and leadership to strengthen the Foundation’s external relationships and develop new partnership opportunities. 

A native of coastal New England, Caitlin attended Northeastern University in Boston before beginning her career in nonprofit development by managing membership and events for a maritime history museum.  Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked for Aloha United Way in Honolulu, where she cultivated partnerships with local businesses and national corporations to support over 300 of Hawaii’s nonprofit organizations.  Caitlin is continually impressed by the generosity and commitment to community she has witnessed in her career and honored to aid the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation in deepening its partnership network and carrying out its mission to educate the public.        

Caitlin graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a degree in cultural anthropology. She lives in Arlington with her husband, who serves as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
