Senior Coordinator
Lexi Archer, senior coordinator for Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, supports the growing TPM® National Learning Network of partners building high-performing talent supply chains to solve the most pressing talent challenges.
Previously, Archer was a teacher assistant working with children with special needs. Originally from Arizona, she lived in Maryland before returning to Arizona to earn her bachelor’s degree in instructional design from Northern Arizona University. She also earned a certification as an associate in project management from the Project Management Institute.
When Archer is not working, she enjoys volunteering at her local animal shelter and spending time with friends and family.
