This two-day event is hosted in partnership with the U.S. Department of State, join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation for our 12th Annual International Women’s Day Forum on March 3-4, 2022, to discuss how businesses, nonprofits, and governments can seize this moment to reinvent and drive sustainable progress for women.

On this episode of Talent Forward, we will focus on creating equitable pathways into the workforce. The pandemic has been particularly disruptive for women and people of color. We will discuss real solutions for students and workers, particularly for these groups, to support their entry, or re-entry, to career opportunities.

The dates for the U.S. Chamber Foundation's premiere workforce conference have been announced. Save the date for Talent Forward 2020 on October 30, 2020.

In coordination with the UN’s 2020 International Day of Women and Girls in Science on February 11, the U.S. Chamber Foundation with its partners will launch a campaign profiling five women who have found success applying their STEM education in what might be considered unconventional STEM careers. Through captivating video, photography, and storytelling, we will join the voices empowering and inspiring girls to pursue their interests in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics by offering them a new lens through which to see their STEM future.  

The Talent Forward conference welcomes leaders and change makers in the business and education communities, industry and human resource partners, and other community leaders to discuss the most critical topic in our country today: our workforce.
