Tyng Kam

Tyng leads a team of national student coaches at Stride K12-powered schools focused on helping high school students across the US prepare for life after high school through career and college prep.  She has over 18 years of professional experience in multinational corporations, start-ups, and higher education institutions. She started her career in the field of education and career development services through leadership roles at UIC, InternshipDesk, and more recently, IU International University of Applied Sciences in Germany. As a career coach herself, Tyng focuses on helping students to identify their knowledge of self, career directions, and connecting them to career opportunities.  Tyng collaborates with national and regional chambers of commerce, small and med-size companies, business incubators, and affiliation groups in her role as an outplacement manager. She aspires to leverage her recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge to connect best talents to the right business organizations.
